Presentation GuidelinesΒΆ
Information for Presenters:
Oral: Oral presentation slots are 15 minutes, including time for questions. To assist us in organizing presentations, please name your file according to the following convention: IGS2026-AuthorLastName-AuthorFirstName.[pptx/pdf]. Please upload your file to the following Google Drive, at least 12 hours before your presentation. Please use on Powerpoint or PDF formats and note that the presentation laptop will be a Windows machine. Upload your presentation in the folder for the appropriate session, as indicated on the draft program (see above): IGS Google Drive
Posters: The maximum poster size is A0 vertical/portrait (841 mm wide by 1189 mm tall). Poster sessions are Monday and Tuesday, will be informal, and posters will also remain up for the duration of the meeting. If you would like to share your poster with virtual attendees, please name your poster according to the following convention: IGS2026-VirtualPoster-AuthorLastName-AuthorFirstName.[ppt/pdf] and upload it here by the Saturday before the meeting: IGS Google Drive
Poster Lightning Talks: All poster authors will be given the opportunity to present their poster as a one-slide teaser before one of the poster sessions. Please upload your slide here (IGS Google Drive) by the Saturday before the meeting. Please name your file according to the following convention: IGS2026-Poster-AuthorLastName-AuthorFirstName.[ppt/pdf]. Lightning talks will then be assigned to either Monday or Tuesday.
