Pre-conference Workshops¶
We offer three workshops: “The state of phase-sensitive radioglaciology”, “Software-defined radar - what it can and can’t do” and “Exploring machine learning for radioglaciology”. More information about the workshops can be found on the Workshops page.
If you want to attend any of the pre-conference workshops, but have not expressed your interest in the registration, you can still sign up for the workshops until 28 August by filling out this Google form.
Information for Presenters¶
Please refer to Allen’s email from 6 July for all important information on oral and poster presentations, including the links to upload your contribution (see also Presentation Guidelines). Please remember to do so before the start of the conference.
Icebreaker¶
We look forward to welcoming you to Tübingen with a beautiful view at our Icebreaker at the Skybar Westspitze [Eisenbahnstraße 1, 72072 Tübingen] on Sunday, 6 September, starting at 19:00.
Punting Boat Tour & Conference Dinner¶
After the conference programme on Thursday, we look forward to a Punting Boat Tour, followed by our Conference Dinner at Neckawa [Wöhrdstraße 25, 72072 Tübingen].
Conference Run¶
We will also host a morning run on Tuesday, 8 September, at 07:45: an easy 5 km through the surroundings of our institute. Showers are available at the GUZ, and we will provide Brezeln for breakfast afterwards.
